Position and Responsibilities

  • Keep shop, wash bay, and maintenance equipment orderly and clean.
  • Wash equipment and material to be shipped off site.
  • Assist tradespersons in completing their tasks.
  • Surface and underground duties as needed.
  • Manual labour duties as required.

Requirements of the position:

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Good reading, writing and communication skills are essential.
  • A valid class 5 driver’s license.
  • Ability and willingness to be trained on various mobile equipment.


  • Mechanical ability.
  • A valid class 5 driver’s license.

Preference are going to be given to Residents of Saskatchewan’s North.

Cameco’s Northern Saskatchewan operations operate a two week on/two week off rotational schedule. Employees commute to the location by aircraft from designated locations in Saskatchewan.
